Zucchini Yellow: its shape is similar to that of classic green zucchini, though its taste is a little bit sweeter. Use it in sweet or savory recipes, raw or cooked — just as you would green zucchini.

A change from the typical green variety - offering a pop of yellow - these golden gems are great!

Planting Guide: Sow after the last seasonal frost, once the soil is warm - over 20 degrees celsius - in late May or early June. Sow 1/2" deep, 6"-8" apart, in rows about 24"-36" apart in well-drained soil. Full sun. Water regularly and deeply. Mulch recommended to help retain moisture.

Harvest: 40-55 days - simply pick the ripened fruit.

Tip: smaller zucchinis are generally more succulent than the larger variety.
