Yellow Wax Bush Bean (stringless edible): is an AAS winner that is stringless and very weather tolerant. The 6 inch long snap beans are yellow with black seeds. They can be enjoyed fresh, canned, or frozen.

Yellow Wax Bush Beans are a bush-snap variety that are a little easier to grow and maintain in the garden. They are a great supplement to the traditional green bean.

Planting Guide: Direct sow once the danger of frost has past and the soil temperatures are above 10 degrees celsius. Sow 1" deep, 12" apart in rows 24"-36" apart in well-drained soil. Ideal for succession planting. Water daily at the base of the plant. Fertilizer is ok, just watch the nitrogen levels. Full sun. Supports are recommended but not necessary.

Harvest: 50-60 days - pods are ready for picking once they snap easily when broken and are tender to the touch.
