Eggplant, Rotonda Bianca Sfumata Di Rosa

This eggplant can be grown in a pot - how awesome is that? Unlike the traditional variety, Eggplant Rotonda Bianca Sfumata Di Rosa, is light purple and white striped in colour and just as big on flavour.

Planting Guide: Start indoors about 8 weeks prior to the last seasonal frost. Sow 1/4" deep in moist soil. Full sun/heat lamp recommended. Harden before transplant. Sow to well worked soil -  about 20 -30" apart, in rows 30" or more. Water regularly. Potassium rich fertilizer recommended. Avoid cold or freezing temperatures.

Harvest: About 80 days - cutting and pinching some of the side shoots over time. Each plant should only be left with 3 to 4 blooms to yield an ideal harvest.

Friendly Neighbour: radishes, beans or lettuce varieties.
