A white radish with allot of crunch is the best way to describe the Korean Radish.
Planting Guide: Sow 1/2" deep, about 5" apart in rows about 1' apart. Full sun. Soil temperatures above 16 degrees celsius are best. Ideally planted in early spring or early fall. Ensure soil is loosened upon planting. Water regularly - keeping soil moist is best.
Harvest: Leafy greens can be cut once they are over 2" and harvest of the radish can be done once leaves are 8" tall. Gently pull from the ground when ready.
Tip: Be sure to pull smaller ones before the first seasonal frost in fall to avoid potential rot.
