When something was specifically crafted for a colder climate - you know it had Canada in mind. Large green spinach greens - you simply cannot go wrong!
Planting Guide: Sow 1/2" deep, 6" apart in rows 12"-18" apart in well worked soil. Due to its cold hardiness, this spinach can be planted as soon as the soil is workable in the spring and late summer/early fall for a fall/winter harvest. Full to partial sun. Well drained, fertilized soil is best. Water regularly.
Harvest: About 45 days, although leaves can be trimmed once they are longer than 4" for baby leaves. When seeking the full head of spinach, cut at the base.
Tip: Spinach will bolt under high heat so keeping to the cooler season is best.
