Ideal for container growing and fully edible (leaves & stems), water spinach, is fairly easy to grow.
Planting Guide: Sow 1/8" inch deep, about 2-3" apart, in rows 6-8" apart in moist, well-drained soil after the danger of frost has dissipated and temperatures are in the range of 20 degrees Celcius. The soil must be kept moist or moderately soggy. Full sun. High nitrogen fertilizer is ideal.
Harvest: Matures in about 45 days and should be harvested whole. One can cut the leaves prior to maturity.
Tip: If starting indoors, be careful not to transplant until leaves have formed (4 minimum).
