Plastic wrap over containers can help speed germination. Wait until a few weeks past the last seasonal frost to transplant. Harden before placing into the garden. Full sun. Tip: Peppers are very finicky in the garden. Transplant must be ideal, temperatures and water also need to be in ideal balance as well.
