Do you feel the heat? These guys like it hot and spicy!
Planting Guide: Habaneros are best started indoors, in March/April in Canada, to make the most of the growing season. Plant 2 seeds, 1/4" deep in fertilizer-free soil/pot. Water trays and propagation mats recommended to keep the soil moist and warm. Full sun is best. Plants can be transplanted in late May once the danger of frost has dissipated and the soil has begun to warm. Plant hardening prior to transplant is highly recommended. Full sun. Water as necessary - soil must be moist, but not too damp. Fertilizing is ok once plants are about 5" - just watch the nitrogen levels to ensure that the plant yields a healthy harvest.
Harvest: About 90 - 150 days - the hotter, the longer in this case.
