When: Can be planted after the last seasonal frost as it is a bit hardier than other garden vegetables. Part sun is good - 6 to 8 hours is all it needs.

Planting Directions: Sow 1/4" deep beneath the soil surface, about 8-10" apart in row about 2' apart.

Harvest: Bok Choy is harvestable once it shows useable leaves - 35-45 days on average. If you leave a few leaves on the stem it will re-grow. Best

Garden Friends: carrots, dill, cucumber, chard, beets, lettuce, and tomato.
