Planting Guide: Plant seeds 1/8 -1/4" deep in well drained soil about 8 -12" apart, in rows about 2' apart. Full sun is best. Ideal for succession planting. Can survive in cool and warmer conditions.
Harvest: Chicory grows relatively quickly, sprouting in about 2-4 weeks. Leaves are ready for harvesting once they are over 1' long. To harvest, pull from the soil gently and cut at the root. Water 1-2 times weekly to ensure sustained growth.
